French Guide Croatia — La Petite Bohème ("we", "us", "Silvana Ana Perković") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard information when you use our website or contact us.
1.1 Who we are
We are a sole-trader tour guiding business operating under the name La Petite Bohème based in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Our contact address is anasilvanap@icloud.com.
1.2 Data we collect
- Enquiry form data — name, email address, group size, and any message you send us voluntarily.
- WhatsApp messages — any messages you send via the WhatsApp link on our site are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Analytics data — if analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration). No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics.
1.3 How we use your data
- To respond to your booking enquiry or question.
- To confirm a tour booking and send pre-tour information.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties except where required by law.
1.4 Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months unless you request deletion. You may email us at anasilvanap@icloud.com to request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
1.5 Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
3. Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to tours and services provided by Silvana Ana Perković trading as French Guide Croatia — La Petite Bohème.
3.1 Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from us. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing
Prices listed on the website are per group (not per person) unless otherwise stated. Prices for custom, VIP and day-trip tours are provided on request and agreed in writing before confirmation.
3.3 Cancellation policy
- More than 24 hours before the tour — free cancellation, full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour — 50% of the agreed tour price is due.
- No-show on the day — 100% of the agreed price is due.
Cancellations due to extreme weather or force majeure are handled case-by-case and usually rescheduled at no extra cost.
3.4 Liability & participation at own risk
Participation in any tour, walk, boat trip or excursion is entirely at the guest's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, French Guide Croatia — La Petite Bohème and Silvana Ana Perković accept no liability for any personal injury, illness, accident, death, or loss of or damage to personal belongings that may occur before, during or after a tour — including on walking routes, the city walls, boats, vehicles, or at any location visited. Guests are responsible for their own health, fitness, footwear and behaviour, and for supervising any children in their group. We strongly recommend that every guest holds valid personal travel and health insurance. We carry valid Croatian tourist-guide liability insurance as required by law; this does not transfer responsibility for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, sea conditions, third-party transport, or the actions of guests or other persons).

Gosti su odgovorni za vlastito zdravlje, fizičku spremnost, obuću i ponašanje, kao i za nadzor djece u svojoj grupi. Snažno preporučujemo da svaki gost ima valjano putno i zdravstveno osiguranje. Posjedujemo valjano osiguranje od odgovornosti turističkog vodiča sukladno zakonu; ono ne prenosi odgovornost za okolnosti izvan naše razumne kontrole (vremenske uvjete, stanje mora, prijevoz trećih strana, ili postupke gostiju ili drugih osoba).
FR — Clause de non-responsabilité : La participation à toute visite, balade, excursion en bateau ou sortie se fait entièrement aux risques du client. Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, French Guide Croatia — La Petite Bohème et Silvana Ana Perković déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de blessure, maladie, accident, décès, ou perte ou dommage des effets personnels survenant avant, pendant ou après une visite — y compris sur les itinéraires à pied, les remparts, les bateaux, les véhicules ou tout lieu visité. Les clients sont responsables de leur santé, de leur forme physique, de leurs chaussures et de leur comportement, ainsi que de la surveillance des enfants de leur groupe. Nous recommandons vivement à chaque client de disposer d'une assurance voyage et santé valide. Nous détenons une assurance responsabilité civile de guide touristique croate valide, conforme à la loi ; celle-ci ne transfère pas la responsabilité de circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté (météo, état de la mer, transport de tiers, ou actions des clients ou d'autres personnes).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, French Guide Croatia — La Petite Bohème and Silvana Ana Perković accept no liability for any personal injury, illness, accident, death, or loss of or damage to personal belongings occurring before, during or after a tour, including on walking routes, the city walls, boats, vehicles, or at any location visited. Guests are responsible for their own health, fitness, footwear and behaviour, and for supervising children in their group, and are strongly advised to hold valid travel and health insurance.
3.5 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Dubrovnik.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date above.
